Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Fully Qualified Chef with a strong background in Greek cuisine to join our kitchen team. If you’re experienced in preparing traditional Greek dishes and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we want to hear from you!

Remuneration:

The successful candidate will earn between $95,000 - $105,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality Greek dishes in a fast-paced environment

- Maintain consistency and presentation of meals

- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Assist in menu planning and maintaining food cost control

- Manage kitchen stations efficiently during peak hours

Skills & Experience:

- Fully qualified chef with professional kitchen experience

- Proven experience preparing authentic Greek food

- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Passion for food and dedication to creating an exceptional dining experience

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- A Diploma qualification or higher in a cooking, culinary or hospitality field is preferred
