At New Era 4 Disability, we’re currently seeking a superstar support worker to join our Five Dock team. We need someone who brings heart to their work, shows initiative, and is committed to empowering the people we support.

Current Shift Vacancies:

Monday - 7am-3pm and 3pm-9pm

Tuesdays 7am-3pm and 3pm-9pm

Wednesdays 3pm-9pm

Wednesday overnight sleep shift 9pm-11am

Thursdays 3pm-9pm and 9pm overnight sleep shift finishing 9am Friday

Fridays 3pm-9m and 9pm overnight sleep shift finishing 9am Saturday

Saturday 3pm-9pm and 9pm overnight sleep shift finishing 9am Sundays

More shifts may become available, with the potential to build into a full-time role for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives

A strong communicator with emotional maturity and resilience

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to think outside the box

Experience supporting people with disabilities (formal or lived experience)

Reliable and committed to long-term consistency with clients

Essential Requirements:

Current First Aid & CPR

NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

Cert III in Disability or similar (preferred)

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Full driver’s license and confident driving

Comfortable using technology and writing shift notes
