The position of Customer Service/Receptionist is within the team responsible for ensuring customer queries are appropriately managed in a timely and professional manner within company guidelines and procedures.
Job Responsibilities include.
Inbound customer enquiries from retailers and customers.
Data entry into ERP and CRM program (on-the-job training provided).
Customer Service and associated administration tasks.
Required Skills.
A sound level of computer skills.
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work autonomously as well and part of a team.
A positive and friendly can-do attitude.
Previous customer service experience (minimum 6-12 months preferred).
Full training will be provided to help you grow in your role.
To be successful in this role, you must have the legal right to work in Australia.
