THE OPPORTUNITY
A well-regarded law firm in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a Client Services Assistant for a 3-week temporary assignment commencing immediately. This role is ideal for someone with strong reception and client services experience who can step in and provide seamless support from day one.

THE ROLE
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a polished and welcoming reception service for clients and visitors

Coordinating meeting rooms, office facilities, supplies, and vendor support

Assisting with travel bookings and logistical support for staff

Helping maintain workplace safety and compliance standards

Supporting with administrative tasks such as couriers, document handling, and event support

ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in a reception or client-facing role (legal/professional services highly regarded)

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and client service abilities

A proactive, detail-focused mindset and professional presentation

Availability to commence immediately and commit to the 3-week contract
