About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Psychologist to join our growing team in Tasmania. This role involves providing face-to-face Allied Health support to individuals in employment and vocational education services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one and group Allied Health consultations to support participants.

Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and maintain privacy standards.

Offer personalised support, connecting participants to local networks and intervention resources.

Design and deliver outcome-based, high-quality assessment and intervention services.

Engage in professional development and maintain registration requirements.

Adhere to health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

About You
You are passionate about supporting participants in pre-employment and work settings through mental health services. You are driven to deliver innovative, contemporary programs that achieve positive outcomes for participants.

Key Requirements

Fully qualified AHPRA Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist.

Experience delivering Mental Health services in employment services or similar settings.

Proven ability to design and deliver individual and group support programs.

Strong administrative and attention-to-detail skills.

Experience working within a clinical governance framework.

Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
