Your New Role
You will be responsible for:

• Support the development and execution of program strategies.
• Provide senior-level project coordination and administrative support.
• Manage reports, analyses, risk and issue registers, and safeguard program documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and value proposition.
• Facilitate team meetings, maintain the Kanban board, and guide team operations.
• Act as a communication liaison across teams and stakeholders within the Scheme and Payment Platforms branch.
• Organise and schedule meetings/workshops with internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Need to Succeed
The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
• Proven experience working in a similar role.
• Competency in Microsoft Suite applications.
• Well-developed administrative and communication skills.
• Experience in supporting hiring/onboarding activities and program management.

The Logistics

• 12-month contract length with the possibility for extension or permanency.
• $55.24 per hour (excluding superannuation).
• Hybrid working arrangement.
• Opportunities in Deakin, Surry Hills, and Richmond.
