Our client is a well-established manufacturing company with a strong history at the Port of Brisbane.
They are currently seeking a reliable and experienced machine operator & forklift driver to join their team and support daily production operations.
Location: Port of Brisbane
Hourly Rate: $44 p/hr + penalties
Shifts/Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time ongoing work
Requirements
- Current forklift licence – Essential
- Experience in logistics or factory environments – Highly regarded
- Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening – Essential
- Strong work ethic and adaptability in a busy setting
Duties include:
- Operating forklifts
- Load and unload freight from trucks & containers
- Handling bulk and packaged goods for receivals and dispatch
- Supporting general site operations and logistics tasks
- Adherence to zero harm safety & training
