💼 About the Role

We’re looking for client-centric, outcome-focused Speech Pathologists to join our growing paediatric teams in VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, TAS, WA, and QLD.

You’ll:

Support clients with ASD, Down Syndrome, GDD, and more

Develop AAC systems tailored to individual needs

Deliver play-based early intervention in natural environments

Empower parents, educators, and stakeholders to support communication and life skills

Collaborate in a transdisciplinary team that shares knowledge and celebrates wins

💡 Prefer working with adults? Love assessments? We’re a generalist provider and can tailor your caseload to your clinical passions.

✅ What You’ll Need

Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)

Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia

Strong knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments

NDIS/HCP experience (preferred but not essential)

A passion for helping clients reach their full potential

Driver’s licence and registered vehicle
