What you'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for children and adults

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address a range of speech and language disorders

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver client-centred care

Provide speech therapy interventions in various settings, including clinics, schools, and community centres

Maintain detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards

Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in speech pathology

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent

Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in a clinical setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop individualised treatment plans

Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Proficient in using speech therapy assessment tools and documentation software

Willingness to travel to different locations within the local area
