You’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities from start to finish. Working closely with Project Management, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Consultants, you’ll ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage on-site operations, trades and subcontractors

Drive project delivery in line with construction program milestones

Ensure strict compliance with WHS, building codes and regulations

Implement cost controls, resource planning and risk management

Provide strong leadership, mentoring and direction to the Site Team

Ability to work autonomously taking responsibility for their actions

About You

Proven experience as a Site Manager on Class 2 Residential High-Rise (essential)

Solid understanding of construction methodologies, codes and safety compliance

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

A results-driven professional who thrives on high-pressure environments
