We're on the hunt for Casual and Junior Casual Team Members at Clennett's Mitre 10 Kingston and Huonville! We're after friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Casual team members, including junior staff who are keen to work after school and on weekends and public holidays.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll play a vital part in delivering excellent service and support to our customers. These are casual positions with flexible hours, and the right candidates will have opportunities to work across a range of departments in the store.

What You’ll Be Doing

Greeting customers and assisting with their questions and purchases

Providing product knowledge and helping customers find the right items

Maintaining store presentation and ensuring shelves are tidy and stocked

Operating checkouts and processing transactions accurately

Answering phone enquiries with a helpful attitude

Working as part of a team to ensure great customer service every time

What We’re Looking For

Availability across a range of days, including weekends and public holidays

Junior applicants (high school students) welcome for after school, school holidays, weekend shifts, and public holidays

Ability to work at short notice to help cover leave or busy periods

Friendly and approachable personality with strong customer service skills

Willingness to learn and take on new tasks

Positive attitude and a strong team player

The successful candidate will be remunerated under the General Retail Industry Award 2010 in line with their knowledge and experience. If you're a junior, then junior rates under the award will apply. The position is subject to a pre-employment medical and reference checking.
