About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at MyPeople Disability and Support in Lilydale, VIC 3140. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our clients and staff. This is a casual position with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all assigned areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces

Restocking and replenishing cleaning supplies and materials

Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the management team

Adhering to all company policies and procedures, with a focus on high standards of cleanliness and safety

Providing excellent customer service to our clients and staff

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a professional cleaning role, preferably in a similar industry

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Good time management and organisational skills

Reliable, punctual and dependable

Excellent communication and customer service skills
