About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at Logical Property Services' with opportunities in the Bellarine Peninsula. This is a casual role that will lead to part time.

Hours are 3 - 6pm Monday to Friday.

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of commercial premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and their customers.

What you'll be doing

Thoroughly clean and sanitise all assigned areas, including offices, classrooms, communal spaces, bathrooms and kitchens

Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels and cleaning products

Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain consistent standards

Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Provide exceptional customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role, although not essential

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to a high standard

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines

A friendly, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team

A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
