Window Cleaner / Pressure Cleaner - BAM Window Cleaning

We are a premium window and exterior cleaning business looking for someone who is keen to grow organically within our team. We predominantly work in the South Eastern suburbs and also cover the Mornington Peninsula. We strive to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced window cleaner or gutter/pressure cleaner to join our business.

Role

Duties will primarily include window, solar panel and gutter cleaning. There is also availability in our pressure cleaning and house washing business. Candidates with experience in either area are encouraged to apply. Ladder work and roof work will be required regularly.

The position begins as a full time casual role. But our intention is for the position to progress to a full-time employee upon the completion of the introductory period, for the right person.

Experience/Requirements

Ideally you have extensive experience in window cleaning and/or gutter/pressure cleaning. Minimum would be 12 months professional experience in either area.

You should be highly personable, with a natural ability to communicate professionally and effectively with our clients. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and has solid communication skills.

You should also enjoy manual labour and be physically fit and energetic.

Willingness to commit to the role medium to long term

Flexible hours but minimum of 3 days a week required by you (ideally we are looking for someone wanting full time hours)

Must have a driver’s licence and vehicle.

You will have a white card, working with children check and police check (or ability to gain this if successful)

Ability to work with and learn from others in the team, yet work independantly as well, when required

Willingness to have fun whilst working

Must have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills

This job is predominantly around the inner and southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, so the successful applicant should reside in this area.
