About the Role
The Administration and Relief Officer ensures the accurate and consistent recording and maintenance of student and staff data to the highest standards. You will perform duties including but not limited to supporting timetabling, reporting, parent-teacher interviews, course counselling appointments, enrolments, subject selections, and database management. Additionally, the role involves maintaining student attendance records and facilitating effective communication with staff and parents regarding pertinent student matters through the student management system, Compass. An ability to foster strong and collaborative relationships with teaching staff, general employees and the College's Executive Team will be paramount to the role.

Qualifications
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
