Our client is an award winning project home builder who has been building homes for families for nearly 50 years. This business is proudly Australian owned and operated and they building up to 300 homes just in QLD alone. After a record breaking 24/25 financial year they have created a new role for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the business and look after the training and development of the sales division.

Requirements:

• Experience working for a home builder with longevity in a new home sales or sales management position
• Ability to recognise areas for improvement and support the team with this
• Proven record of creating procedures that have streamlined workflow
• Organisational skills to work across onboarding of new staff, running training sessions, creating new processes and team reporting for management.
