As we continue our growth into the ANZ region, we are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate to play a pivotal role in ensuring quality excellence and compliance across our operations.
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Associate will be a key contributor to ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across Noumed’s’ Australian and New Zealand operations. Based on-site at our Australian Head office in Adelaide, this role holds responsibility for the end-to-end oversight of product release processes, execution of internal and external audits, management of quality investigations, and adherence to cGMP and all relevant quality frameworks. Operating in close partnership with the Head of Quality, the position will play a strategic role in driving Noumed’s growth and market expansion, embedding a culture of quality excellence, and safeguarding operational integrity throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Review and authorise products for distribution, ensuring alignment with Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Compliance (CoC), and all applicable regulatory and quality requirements.
· Lead and contribute to complex quality investigations, internal and external audits, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes, driving compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Oversee the development, maintenance, and governance of quality documentation, including the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and coordinate supplier qualification activities.
· Proactively assess and mitigate potential quality and compliance risks, escalating critical issues in accordance with regulatory and organisational protocols.
· Champion and embed a culture of quality excellence across all operational functions, ensuring alignment with corporate values and strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in science or related field.
· 1+ years’ pharmaceutical quality experience in OTC medicines.
· Understanding of cGMP compliance.
· Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Experience with Q-Pulse and internal/external auditing is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to provide:
· Current COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
· Evidence of 2025 influenza vaccination.
· Valid National Police Clearance.
