About the role

We are seeking TWO experienced Labourers to join our team in Somersby, NSW. This is an opportunity to contribute to the maintenance and repair of vital road infrastructure within the local area.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the manufacturing of sealcoat, a protective surface coating, to roads and other paved surfaces

Operating hand tools and small machinery

Performing general labouring duties such as loading and unloading materials, clearing debris, and maintaining a clean and organised worksite

Following all safety procedures and wearing the required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar labouring or construction role, preferably within the road maintenance or civil works industry

Familiarity with the use of hand tools and small machinery

A strong focus on safety and attention to detail

The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
