About the role

Heavy Duty Contracting is looking for a full-time Labourer/Farm to join our team in Mudgee, NSW 2850. This is a hands-on role that will see you contributing to the day-to-day operations, supporting our activities.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with general duties: fencing, weed management, feral animal control.

Operating various equipment-bobcat small excavator and tractor

Supporting concrete pours

Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the wider team team to achieve productivity and efficiency goals

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar farm laborer or general agricultural role

Concrete experience

Demonstrated knowledge of safe practices and equipment operation

Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work

Effective communication and teamwork skills

A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
