Join the Sydney Pest Crew – Pest Control Technicians & Trainees Wanted!

We’re a fast-growing, family-run pest control company run by two brothers, servicing Sydney-wide across residential, commercial, industrial and strata/real estate properties.

We have multiple positions available. Roles may be offered as:

Permanent full-time, or

6–8 month contract (with potential extension or permanent placement based on performance)

The role type will be determined during the recruitment process.

Whether you’re an experienced pest/termite technician or looking to start a career in the industry, we provide full training for trainees.

💰 What’s in it for you?

Salary $70K–$100K base + commission (full-time)

Contract roles also available with option to extend

38-hour week + generous commission structure

📌 We’re looking for people who:

Hold a current driver’s licence

Have a strong work ethic & positive “can-do” attitude

Can work independently and as part of a team

Are reasonably fit and willing to work hands-on

Have pest control/termite experience (preferred, not essential)

OR are eager to learn the trade (we’ll train you!)
