The Opportunity:

You'd be taking on a very strong portfolio in NSW leveraging off 30+ year relationships with the major food service distributors. The growth in the last 5 years as a result of appointing a highly successful and supportive Sales Director has opened up new channels and opportunities.

There is a very specific strategy for your role and you'll have not only the existing product portfolio but license to use your entrepreneurial brain to tap into new sources of demand; if customers need it, they can likely source & supply it.

It's a role with a lot of ownership. Nobody wants to be micro-managing and the culture of the business is about the give and take of responsibility. You'll have full scope and support to hunt for deals in new channels and expand into other states.

What We'll be Looking for in You:

A successful sales career in food production / commodities / ingredients selling into the foodservice sector in NSW.

Accountable for your goals and relationships - especially being on the road 2-3 days per week.

A hungry, entrepreneurial thinker with a sense of opportunity.

Demonstrate a good understanding of how to build lasting relationships.

Understanding success in this industry is about human relationships rather than corporate emails.
