The Role

This is a dual role where you’ll balance leadership with hands-on teaching:

Mentor and support educators with curriculum planning and EYLF

Lead engaging learning programs on the floor

Ensure compliance with NQF & frameworks

Build strong connections with families and the community

About You

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in early childhood or classroom teaching

Confident leader with mentoring experience

Passionate, collaborative, and committed to high-quality education

(Applicants working towards their qualification – with 50% completed – may also be considered if NT requirements are met.)
