Key responsibilities

• Undertake robust research and analysis to gather evidence and ensure an in depth understanding of the problem and possible solutions.
• Develop and prepare a range of strategic and operational documents and reports as required including briefing papers, project plans, proposals, progress reports, submissions, and correspondence.
• Monitor and report on the status of projects to effectively manage project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Undertake project activities and support the delivery of VISTA and consult, develop, and maintain relationships across VAQ to achieve strategic solutions.
• Design and develop options for a new operating model, and identify proposed changes, business benefits and success measures.
• Build, develop and sustain positive relationships with a range of key stakeholders to enable the collaborative delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Consult, liaise, and communicate with staff throughout the change process to ensure they are engaged, capable, and change ready to enable effective implementation of VISTA.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties as directed by supervisory and management staff, adhering to professional standards and organisational objectives.
