Due to our growth and patient demand, we are looking for an experienced dentist with special interest in oral rehabilitation with cosmetic and implant procedures to work at our practice in Mount Eliza located in the Mornington Peninsula 50 mins from Melbourne CBD. This is a part time position starting two days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) with flexibility on the days with a view to adding more days in the future.We are after someone who is passionate about providing high quality, comprehensive and ethical dental care and building long term trusting relationships with patients. Patient communication, the ability to diagnose and treatment plan effectively and being able to build up your books are vital to your success in our practice.

Skills and experience to be successful in the role ->

You will need to be/have :--At least 3 years of experience in Private practice.

-Ability to communicate and understand patient needs and provide patient centred care.

-Ability to diagnose, treatment plan, communicate the plan effectively with patients and achieve a 90% rebooking rate.
