Dentist Opportunity – General, Cosmetic & Surgical | Mickleham Dental

Mickleham Dental is a modern, patient-focused clinic with a friendly and supportive team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality care across general, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry. With a loyal patient base and continued growth, we are excited to welcome a new dentist to our expanding practice. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology, including CBCT, PrimeScan, Nitrous Oxide, SiroLaser Blue, full surgical setups, and in-house milling with CEREC, and the use of EXACT Software.

About the Role

You will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of dental treatments, including:

General and preventive dentistry

Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening, smile makeovers)

Oral surgery, including surgical extractions and wisdom teeth

Implants, crowns, bridges, and orthodontics (clear aligner) (if desired)

Comprehensive treatment planning with patient-centred care

Mentorship/Support from an experienced and skilled Principal Dentist, if needed. Full autonomy to the dentist is encouraged, but the Principal dentist is available to help with treatment planning and advice.

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine or equivalent and current registration with AHPRA as a Dentist

The right to work in Australia

2+ years’ experience preferred (new graduates considered with mentorship provided)

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Professional indemnity insurance and radiation licence (Victoria)
