We are experienced in mentoring new clinicians, both new graduate and experienced dentists. With our structured mentorship program, our clinicians can achieved more in 12 months than 2 years elsewhere. The growth is in both the quality and scope of works they were able to provide, doing exciting things such as Invisalign, Cerec crowns and Smile makeovers!

Founders Chu and Tony are both dentists. This means they can totally relate to all your clinical challenges and frustrations. Having worked in both amazing and absolutely shocking practices, they've put all that experience into the creation of Berwick Dental Studio.

Now they’re both scaling back their clinical hours to focus on mentoring clinicians and running an awesome practice. Not only that, they’re also working with Practice Development Coach Dr Jesse Green to continue the levelling up journey.

Not many are born a dental superstar, amazing if you are! For everyone else, if you have the right attitude and are willing to put in the work, we have all the systems and processes in place to help you become the superstar you were meant to be!

The Role:

- Looking to start seeing patients in February 2025 when our purpose built NEW premise is ready. It will be more than double our current size! The onboarding and induction will start from January 2025. If you wish to start earlier, may be able to offer some part time hours to ease you into the program.

- Full time ~35 hours

- Flexible hours: 3.5 days per week

- Must be available: 1 evening on Tuesday/ Thursday (until 7:30pm) and Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm

- Wants mentoring from experienced clinicians and craves the camaraderie between your dental colleagues!

- Remunerations either salary or commissions on a sliding scale
