BK’s Gym & Swim Services is on the lookout for an exceptional Head Coach & Program Coordinator to lead our Competitive Trampoline Program. With over 60 high-performing athletes – including Australian National Squad members and international competitors – this is your chance to shape the future of trampoline gymnastics at the highest level.
Employment basis: Full time 38 hours per week
Salary: $76,515 per annum plus Superannuation
What You’ll Do:
As the strategic and technical leader of our trampoline program, you’ll:
Lead the competitive trampoline program across all performance levels – from TID to international elite.
Coach top athletes to success at state, national, and international competitions.
Design and deliver advanced training frameworks aligned with Gymnastics Australia and FIG standards.
Drive athlete development, competition readiness, and long-term success.
Mentor and inspire junior coaches and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Liaise with governing bodies, officials, and global contacts to keep the program cutting-edge.
What You Bring:
You’re not just a coach – you’re a leader, strategist, and innovator with:
FIG Level 3 Trampoline Coaching Accreditation
High Performance Coach Accreditation (Gymnastics Australia) Minimum 5 years elite-level coaching (including program coordination)
Proven success with national and international athletes
Deep understanding of competition structures, regulations, and judging codes
Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
WWCC & current First Aid
Bonus Points For:
Coaching athletes who’ve medalled at World Championships
Experience on international judging panels or technical committees
