Full-Time | $55,000 Salary Base + Weekly Phone and Car Allowance + $200 per Settled Team Listing Bonus

Barker Real Estate is seeking a motivated and organised Sales Associate to join our high-performing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from Brodie Barker, an award-winning agent with a strong track record, and grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, generate, and follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong client database.

Support administrative duties and CRM management.

Assist with property appraisals, open homes, and inspections.

Market properties effectively through online platforms, open homes, and networking.

Manage the sales process from listing to settlement, ensuring exceptional client service.

Contribute to overall office performance.

Manage buyer enquiries and provide regular feedback to vendors throughout the sales process.

Prepare listing presentations, contracts, and marketing materials.

Stay up to date with local market trends, property values, and competitor activity.

Represent the agency professionally at all times, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Shadow Brodie Barker in day-to-day sales activities to gain industry insight and experience.

Requirements:

Valid SA Residential Sales Representative licence (preferred), or a willingness to obtain.

Candidates may either possess a SA Residential Sales Representative licence at the time of application or demonstrate a willingness to obtain the licence after hiring.

Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred) or a strong background in customer service/sales.

No minimum sales or customer service experience is required, welcoming candidates from diverse backgrounds with relevant skills.

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

A natural ability to connect with people including excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary of $55,000 per annum + phone and car allowance + bonuses payable

$200 bonus for each settled listing the team settles (approx. 60 per year currently)
