About the Role
Seeking a sales Supervisor superstar. You will play a key role in driving client engagement and delivering an exceptional and elevated customer experience with new and existing clients, with a strong focus on the Chinese client market. Driving sales by supporting your Store manager on the shop floor and maintain a clean and professional store space at all times.

Skills and Experience
-Ability to engage with customers and be a brand ambassador for this elevated brand. You will need the skill to be able to build personalised client relationships to create loyalty with the brand.
-Re-enagage current Chinese VIPs and have verbal and written skills in Mandarin.
-Have strong skills in WeChat, Rednote and other communication apps.
-Support the store manager in driving sales, Assist with daily store operations, including VM standards, stock management, and team coordination.
-Train and coach team on delivering fantastic customer experiences and achieving sales targets
