Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound leads from digital platforms, referrals and internal networks.
• Build and maintained trusted connections with landlords, existing and new.
• Deliver rental appraisals and confidently present property management solutions tailored to client needs.
• Managed the full onboarding process from signed agreement through to a smooth handover with the property management team.
• Actively sourced new business through local outreach, prospecting, and building strong community relationships.

Skills and Experience Required:

• A current QLD Certificate of Registration
• BDM or sales experience MIN 1 year
• Current drivers license & reliable car
• Punctuality & honesty
