We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager to join CAKE on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to extend based on performance and fit.

About You

Experience & Expertise:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager, ideally in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, with expertise in digital channels, SEM, SEO, GEO and AI.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Marketing Account Manager at CAKE, you’ll be part of a team redefining what it means to deliver meaningful impact. You’ll play a key role in building strong client partnerships, driving growth, and delivering exceptional results. Here’s what you’ll do:
Account Management: Cultivate and nurture client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor and primary contact for all marketing needs.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across channels, collaborating with our team and leveraging your expertise to deliver outstanding results.
Digital Expertise: Develop and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies that drive measurable success.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to continuously optimize outcomes for clients.
Client Communication: Build trust through regular client meetings, presentations, and progress reviews, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to add value, pitch ideas, and secure new projects from existing and prospective clients.
Team Collaboration: Support and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, kindness, and shared success.
