Baulkham Hills Radiology is a premium, independently owned imaging clinic in the Hills District. We’re seeking a personable and organised Marketing and Medical Liaison Officer to drive referrer engagement, community presence, and practice growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

🌟 Represent the practice to local GPs, specialists, and allied health providers

📊 Coordinate referral outreach, practice visits, and events

💼 Support the development of marketing materials, EDMs, and social media

🤝 Foster strong relationships with referring doctors and clinics

📅 Track engagement, referral patterns, and feedback for reporting

🧠 Collaborate with radiologists and the admin team to support practice growth

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical rep, medical sales, or clinic coordination

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Professional, confident, and approachable presentation

Self-starter who can work independently and manage a calendar

Familiarity with radiology or general practice settings (highly desirable)

Drivers licence and own vehicle (travel within the Hills and surrounding suburbs)
