The Role:
We're on the lookout for a hands-on Warehouse Manager who's not afraid to get stuck in, lead by example, and help take our operations to the next level. This is a physical, fast-paced role where you'll be on the floor working alongside your team — not just managing from behind a desk.

We're also preparing to implement RF scanning technology into our warehouse systems, so prior RF (Radio Frequency) scanning experience is essential. You'll play a key role in helping us introduce and integrate this new process smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead by example in all daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control.

Operate forklifts (both reach and counterbalance) as part of your daily duties.

Maintain inventory accuracy, including regular stocktakes and audits.

Implement and oversee RF scanning systems and processes.

Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, sales) to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.

Train and support warehouse staff to meet daily KPIs and high standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.

Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes, layout, and efficiency.

About You:

Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Minimum 3-5 years of warehouse leadership experience is required.

Strong hands-on work ethic — you're not afraid to be on the tools.

Experience using RF scanning systems (must-have).

Valid forklift licence with proven experience operating both reach and counterbalance forklifts.

Physically fit and able to lift up to 30kg.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate inventory management.

Confident using WMS and Microsoft Office.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of leading a small team by example.

Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
