Shelving Pro is a fast-growing supplier of steel shelving, selling online and from our Sunshine West showroom. We also have a growing network of stockists in regional areas. We're a small, friendly, results driven team where everyone chips in – and we're now looking for an Assistant Branch Manager (Trade & Retail) to join us.

This is a customer-facing role first and foremost. You'll serve trade and retail customers in the showroom, process sales, and provide excellent service. You'll also be hands on to help with warehouse tasks including picking orders, doing deliveries, assist with unloading trucks/containers when required.

What you'll do

Serve customers in the showroom – sales, advice, and order processing

Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships

Pick and pack customer orders for collection and delivery

Load and unload trucks/containers (using forklift, licence and training provided if needed)

Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocktakes

Assist with local deliveries in company vans/truck.

Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day operations

Drive sales by growing our network of regional resellers across Victoria

What we're looking for

Experience in a trade/retail branch, showroom, or sales counter role

Minimum 1-2 years of trade/retail branch or showroom experience

Strong customer service and sales skills

Proven sales experience

Hands-on attitude – eager to work in the warehouse when needed

Physically fit – able to lift cartons up to 20kg

Forklift licence an advantage (not essential as training/licence can be provided)

Current driver's licence.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency with full work rights
