Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site

- Ensure construction is carried out to proper quality, safety, and compliance standards

- Manage site scheduling, materials, and resources efficiently

- Monitor progress to meet timelines and budgets

- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly

- Communicate effectively with clients, head office, and stakeholders

- Maintain Proper Build’s reputation for delivering high-quality homes and great customer experiences

5+ years’ experience in a Site Supervisor role within residential construction - Strong understanding of WA building codes, OH&S regulations, and construction practices - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Ability to lead and motivate subcontractors and maintain strong relationships - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach - Current White Card and driver’s licence required
