Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with a background in conveyancing or property matters? Join this boutique law firm in the heart of Bondi Junction, where they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to a high-net-worth client base. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support this small, boutique but busy property Firm. This is a full-time, in-office role, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Managing Partner on quality matters in a supportive and professional environment. A quick 3 minute walk from Bondi Junction station.
THE ROLE

  • Assisting with conveyancing and property transactions from start to settlement
  • Drafting and reviewing correspondence, contracts, and property-related documents
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and external stakeholders
  • Managing files, calendars, and deadlines
  • Billings/Invoicing
  • Providing high-level administrative and legal support to the team
  • Utilising PEXA

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in conveyancing or property law is essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills with a client-service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Excellent knowledge in PEXA
