Kaz Conveyancing is growing. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Solicitor to join our high-performing, supportive team in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team of solicitors and administration professionals, supporting clients with conveyancing, wills and leasing matters. Key Responsibilities

Review and draft contracts and legal documents

Provide legal advice to clients and onboard new conveyancing matters

Facilitate exchanges and complete settlements via PEXA

Conduct property searches and ID verification via InfoTrack

Review settlement figures and liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and agents

Draft and review commercial and retail leases

Manage inbound and outbound client communication

Maintain high standards of client care throughout the process

Mentor junior solicitors

About You

Minimum 4 years’ experience in conveyancing and leasing

Proficiency in PEXA is essential

Experience using LEAP or similar legal systems

Sound knowledge of property law and processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
