Our client is a commercial law firm that has flourished in the last 5 years. They offer a full range of commercial law services, with growing interstate offices. The Role

Our client is seeking to recruit a talented employment lawyer with around 2 to 5 years pae. This is a role where you will hit the ground running and where you will have client and matter responsibility. This means you will advise clients, appear before the Commission, go to Court, brief counsel, conduct seminars and workshops, prepare employment contracts and advise clients in relation to adverse actions, unfair dismissals, discrimination and bullying, modern awards, work safety.

About You

The ideal candidate for this Employment Lawyer role will have:

• 2+ years PAE with experience in employment law.
• Shows initiative and able to problem-solve.
• Able to run files confidently and competently.
• Good communication skills both within a team and with clients.
• Excellent file management, organisational skills.
