ABOUT THE ROLE
Dive into the world of industrial relations and employment law! We're on the lookout for a passionate employment law specialist with at least 4 years of post-admission experience to join our team!

As our newest Industrial Relations and Employment Law specialist, you'll be at the forefront of the action, tackling a wide range of exciting legal matters in this flexible role. From navigating complex industrial relations issues to delving into the intricacies of employment law, you'll be the ultimate legal powerhouse, providing top-notch services to our clients.

With flexible working arrangement possible you could work from our Chullora based office and from the comfort of your own home! This role gives you lots of flexibility to manage your own schedule while still delivering exceptional results with the support of our dedicated team of lawyers and Paralegals.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
To thrive in this role, we're looking for a legal professional with a proven track record in industrial relations and employment law. If you're someone who exudes confidence, initiative, and integrity, then you're exactly who we're searching for.

With your stellar communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, you're adept at navigating even the most complex legal matters with finesse.

Experience with Enterprise Agreement's and Fair Work Commission matters is a big plus, and your ability to contribute to business development initiatives will be a valuable asset to our firm, with financial incentives offered to those who bring in their own clients.

CRITERIA

Degree qualification in law

Master degree in law (highly regarded but not essential)

Current practising certificate or the ability to obtain a practising certificate

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience writing complex advices and documents

Ability to liaise with clients at all levels

Self-starter with high levels of initiative, motivation, and drive have tweaked

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Experience with EAs and Fair Work Commission matters highly regarded

Experience in managing your own files
