What You’ll Be Doing

Take full ownership of files including complex parenting, property settlements, and domestic violence cases.

Lead strategic client consultations and deliver practical, solution-driven legal advice.

Draft, review, and finalize critical legal documentation: Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, and Court Applications.

Represent clients confidently in Family Law and Domestic Violence Courts.

Contribute to internal initiatives and collaborate across teams to foster firmwide excellence.

Proven track record managing family law files with autonomy and confidence.

Unrestricted Australian Legal Practising Certificate, or eligibility to obtain one.
