We’re looking for an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to support our Brisbane office. You’ll work closely with our lawyers providing high-quality administrative and document support across family law matters such as property settlements, parenting matters, divorce applications and domestic violence issues.

What You’ll Do:

Dictation typing

Prepare letters and legal documents for family law matters

Assist with file and diary management, calendars and emails

Communicate with clients, courts, barristers and other professionals

Keep files and disclosure organised

Help with billing and general administration

What You’ll Need:

At least 1 year’s experience in a law firm (family law highly regarded)

Strong administrative and Microsoft Office skills

Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

A positive, can-do attitude and excellent client service skills
