The role

As a Legal Assistant of a National Law Firm, you will support Partners and the Team in the Commercial Property/Development Department. Duties include:

• Opening and closing files
• Preparation and editing of documents and correspondence
• Drafting correspondence
• On line searches
• Expense reconciliations
• Monthly billings
• Diary management, inbox management, dealing with clients
• And general administrative duties

Your experience

You will be required to have at least 3 years Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary experience. Some Property Legal Assistant experience is also essential.
