Work for an OSHC Company who truly cares about career progression and professional development in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne are seeking to appoint an OSHC 2IC.

They are seeking a qualified person to assist in running their Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program. The program provides before and after school care for students from Prep to Year 6. Duties include program administration, rostering, supervising and assisting casual staff in running activities, food preparation and general cleaning.

The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to deliver a safe, caring and engaging program for primary aged children. A sound working knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, first aid qualifications and a valid Working With Children Check are also required for this position.

Must have:

• Diploma of Children's Services or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management certs.
• Studying Bachelor of Education or Diploma of Education or Early childhood (or completed).
• 1+ years of Early Childhood experience or OSHC (desirable)
