About the Role

This is a full-time position(40 hours minimum), ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys being part of a supportive, professional team. You will work on a wide range of projects including repaints, new builds, and maintenance work.

Duties & Responsibilities

Surface preparation including sanding, filling, patching, masking, and priming

Applying coatings using brush, roller, and spray methods

Completing detailed finish work on walls, ceilings, and timberwork

Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas

Following safety procedures and company quality standards

Working collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience Required

Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent trade qualification)

Minimum 4 year full-time painting experience

Strong knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques

Competent in brush work, roller work, and spray work

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

White Card (Construction Induction Card) – preferred but not essential

Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
