About the role

Moore Painting QLD Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Painter And Decorator to join our team in Logan, QLD. This full-time role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our painting and decorating business.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces to a high standard

Applying varnishes, and other decorative finishes

Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required

Mixing and applying paints, stains, and other coatings

Ensuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timelines

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Providing excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator, preferably in the Trades & Services industry

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment

Ability to read and interpret job specifications and blueprints

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines

A valid driver's licence

Basic tools and suitable work vehicle
