Join a leading financial services group as they uplift their IT environment and transition hundreds of end-users to new systems. This is a hands-on, project-based support role where you’ll ensure smooth connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through a major migration program.

Who you will be working with:
You’ll be working with a well-established national financial services group, known for its strong network of authorised representatives and trusted industry presence. Their Melbourne-based operations team is driving a business-wide technology uplift, and you’ll partner closely with the COO and operations team to deliver seamless support to end-users.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Deploy new VPN clients directly with end users and test connectivity for BYOD users
• Follow an established migration playbook to deliver changes to scheduled user groups
• Assist in migrating email services from into Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot access issues, escalating to senior engineers when needed
• Provide L1–L2 technical support and resolve issues day-to-day
• Communicate clearly with reps and end-users throughout the migration

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in workstation or environment migrations (e.g. Win10–11, M365, VPN, Email)
• L1–L2 IT support background with solid troubleshooting skills
• Great communication skills, able to guide non-technical users
• Hands-on experience deploying VPNs and supporting Microsoft 365
• A proactive and organised approach, comfortable working independently
