The opportunity:
• Working as a Kitchen Knifeskills, you will be responsible for basic cookery and knifeskills. Perform a variety of tasks from preparing sandwiches to cutting food for gourmet meals, and ensuring high standards of food safety procedures are met by demonstrating compliance with legislated health and safety requirements.

• Working as a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work area.

What you’ll bring:
• Industry experience in high volume kitchen operations an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and Food Safety program
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of customer dietary requirements such as food allergies and intolerances etc.
• A passion for your craft and high standards of food production
• Available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work at any Village Roadshow Theme Park property as required
