Here, you'll be part of one of the most prominent teams in Australia's fight against climate change. Yours will be in an important role in projects that pull carbon from the atmosphere, foster biodiversity, and protect ecosytems.

The Opportunity

As a Project Performance Manager , you'll be the driving force behind a project's lifecycle. From shaping its initial design to managing ongoing reporting and engaging with key stakeholders, you'll ensure long-term success and compliance of a diverse portfolio of projects.

This isn't just a strategic role. It's hands-on, requiring you to navigate complex challenges working with landholders, auditors and regulators to achieve success

Key Skills/Experience :

We're open to folks who are earlier in their career, or seasoned veterans.

What's important is that you can show previous experience in a project management role, and a background in agriculture, carbon sequestration or environmental science. You'll also need experience in:

• Managing a portfolio of complex projects, ideally in agriculture, environment, or natural capital.
  
• Stakeholder engagements, ideally with landholders, auditors, and/or regulators.
  
• Experience in project design and delivery, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
