The Opportunity

JC Civil Projects are seeking Expressions of interest from skilled and motivated Project Engineers to join our growing team. This role offers flexibility with FIFO, city and regional-based placements available.

Reporting to our Project Director, you’ll play a key role in delivering expert project management and engineering support across a diverse portfolio, including:

Mining infrastructure – plant sites, tailing dams, haul roads, railways

Transport infrastructure

Utilities, pipelines, pump stations, STP/WTP

Bulk and detailed Earthworks, FRP concrete, Mechanical /electrical

👷 About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and practical experience:

Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent)

Minimum 5 years of post-graduate, site-based project experience

Intermediate understanding and use of several software systems including MS Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and various survey software applications.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Your contribution will be critical to project success. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and reviewing project management plans and methodologies

Monitoring and reporting on project costs

Progress and variation claim management

Managing project controls, planning and schedule

Procurement and subcontractor management

Overseeing site operations and daily/weekly reporting

Implementing QA/QC and OHS procedures
