We’re seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join a multidisciplinary studio known for its bold ideas, beautifully resolved outcomes, and collaborative spirit. This is a role for someone who thrives in a team-driven, ideas-led environment and brings a strong mix of creativity, technical knowledge, and design conviction.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, and public projects, contributing to concept development and delivering considered design solutions that connect people and place.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the interior design process from concept through to completion

Develop strong client relationships and communicate design direction with clarity and confidence

Present compelling concepts, mood boards, and documentation that reflect a cohesive project narrative

Manage documentation, detailing, and delivery with accuracy and attention to detail

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers across all stages of a project

Guide and support junior and mid-level designers, fostering growth and collaboration

Ensure quality and consistency across multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets

Stay informed of design trends, materials, and innovations to bring fresh thinking into the studio

Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior design, with a strong folio spanning multi-residential, hospitality, commercial, or public work

Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or Interior Architecture

Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Adobe Creative Suite preferred (Enscape or Twinmotion experience a bonus)

Strong concept development and spatial planning skills

Confident in FF&E, materials, finishes, and bespoke joinery detailing

Naturally collaborative, with excellent communication
